Pastor Wayne Parsons
Executive Pastor
Pastor Wayne has been married to his wife Cathy for 30 years. They have been blessed with two children, Sierra and her husband Sam. Hunter and his wife Emily. Wayne and Cathy have two grandchildren, Micah (aka Bubby) and Luka who is waiting for them in Heaven. There will be another grandchild arriving in January, 2023!!
Wayne spent many years as a salesman for Wonder Bread, Little Debbie & Frito-Lay. After 20 years of sales, God called Wayne into ministry. Wayne entered into full-time ministry in June of 2001. Wayne has served as Senior Pastor to 4 congregations and was ordained by the Wesleyan Church in 2003. Since the merger of Impact Church & R Church (New Creation Ministries), Pastor Wayne has transitioned to Executive Pastor where he oversees all of the day to day operations of the Church plus New Creation Learning Center.
Pastor Marc Hannah
Lead Pastor
Pastor Marc Hannah gave his heart to the Lord in 1998. In 2001, after a career in higher education and coaching football, the Lord called Pastor Marc into a young adult/college ministry called Friday Night Fire at the Uprising Church in Hebron, MD. Pastor Marc and his wife, Shannon planted R Church in Fruitland, MD in October 2016 where their focus is developing leaders to live in fellowship with one another and share the name of Jesus. In addition to shepherding R Church, Pastor Marc and Shannon are life coaches, primarily working with single, engaged and married couples. They have worked with over 50 couples, performed over 40 weddings and done relationship ministry with hundreds of singles, teaching them that with Jesus, every relationship can blossom. They have been married for 20+ years and live in Salisbury, MD with their son Jeremiah (18).
